Below you will find evidence for the last Mega Tsunami that hit the coasts of the Pacific ocean. This Mega Tsunami was responsible for greatly weakening the most powerful and advanced civilization in the world at that time (1400s), China. It was also responsible for destroying many of the Chinese-planted New World civilizations such as the Olmec and Maya. Only the people who lived in the high altitudes survived and then took over ruling--those were the Aztec and Inca people who were up high or well inland, safe from the huge waves.
